Curriculum Overview – Al Mawahib School

Our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) starts at FS1, followed by the Cambridge Primary Programme from Year 1 to Year 6. Cambridge Lower Secondary runs from Year 7 to Year 9. We also follow the MOE curriculum for Arabic, Islamic Education, UAE Social Studies, and Moral Education, ensuring students develop cultural and moral values.

Curriculum Approach
Our Secondary curriculum is both broad and balanced, ensuring that students develop a wide range of knowledge and skills. We follow the international UK national curriculum, enhanced by our distinctive virtues curriculum, which focuses on character development alongside academic achievement.
Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9)
In the lower Secondary phase, our curriculum provides students with a global perspective while offering a strong foundation for progression into Key Stage 4. This stage is designed to encourage a love of learning, foster critical thinking, and support students in their personal growth. Alongside the core Ministry of Education (MOE) subjects, Key Stage 3 students study a range of subjects, This subjects are taught in a way that promotes creativity, collaboration, and the development of key skills essential for success in the modern world.
